Espresso Machine Repair

We service and repair espresso equipment for the cafés and restaurants we work with across Monmouth County and the Jersey Shore. If we roast your coffee, or we helped you build your bar, your machine is our problem too.

If we have not worked together before, tell us what is going on anyway. We will be straight with you about whether we are the right people for it.

What to try first

Two things are worth checking before you call anyone, because they are the two that turn out not to be a repair at all:

• Check the water supply and the filter. A closed valve or a filter at the end of its life looks exactly like a pump failure from behind the bar.
• Power the machine off at the wall for sixty seconds, then back on. Controllers lock up, and a full power cycle clears faults a front-panel reset will not.

• Tell us the make, the model and what it is doing. The more specific the symptom, the better prepared we arrive.
• We run our own cafés on the same equipment we service, so we are diagnosing machines we use every day rather than reading a manual.
• We hold no manufacturer ties. What we recommend is what we would put behind our own bar.
• We work on La Marzocco, San Remo, Slayer, La Spaziale, Cimbali, Synesso, Mazzer, Mahlkönig, Compak, Fetco, Bunn and Everpure, among others. If your machine is not on that list, ask.
