Offshore Matcha Latte

What you’ll need:
Ceremonial Blend Matcha, scale, whisk, bowl, water, measuring cup, optional sweetener (honey or agave), and milk (or milk alternative).

Steps:

1. Weigh and sift 2–3 grams of matcha to remove clumps. If you don't have a scale, 3 grams is approximately 1 teaspoon.

2. Add 30 grams of water to the bowl.

3. Rinse your whisk with hot water, then whisk the matcha in a circular and zig-zag motion for about 1½ minutes, until a light foam forms.

4. Pour the whisked matcha into a new glass.

5. Add about ½ ounce of sweetener and stir to combine.

6. Add milk until the mixture reaches 8 ounces total.

7. Pour over ice and enjoy.
