Offshore Matcha Latte

What you’ll need:
Ceremonial Blend Matcha, scale, whisk, bowl, water, optional sweetener (honey or agave), and milk.

Steps:

1. Weigh and sift 2–3 grams of matcha to remove clumps.

2. Add 30 grams of water to the bowl.

3. Rinse your whisk with hot water, then whisk the matcha in a circular and zig-zag motion for about 1½ minutes, until a light foam forms.

4. Pour the whisked matcha into a new glass.

5. Add about ½ ounce of sweetener and stir to combine.

6. Add milk until the mixture reaches 8 ounces total.

7. Pour over ice and enjoy.
